Dolphy Social is committed to maintaining the highest standards of child safety. While our platform is designed for general audiences, we implement strict measures to ensure the safety of all users, particularly minors who may access our services.
We work proactively to detect, remove, and report any content or behavior that endangers children. Our approach combines advanced technology, human moderation, and cooperation with law enforcement to create a safe environment.
Prohibited Content and Activities
The following content and activities are strictly prohibited on our platform:
- Any content that depicts, promotes, or solicits child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Content that sexualizes minors in any way
- Grooming behavior or attempts to establish inappropriate contact with minors
- Sharing of child exploitation material, including AI-generated or manipulated content
- Links to external sites containing CSAE material
- Solicitation or facilitation of child trafficking or exploitation
- Any attempt to normalize, rationalize, or promote child sexual abuse
Any user found engaging in these activities will be immediately and permanently banned, and law enforcement will be notified.
Child Protection Measures
Age Restrictions and Safeguards
Users under 13 are prohibited from creating accounts in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We implement multiple layers of protection for younger users, including enhanced monitoring, protective features, parental controls, and age-appropriate content filtering.
Prevention Systems
Our platform employs automated systems to detect potentially harmful interactions involving minors. We proactively scan for grooming behavior and predatory patterns, strictly enforce policies against adult content visible to minors, and take immediate action on accounts engaging in inappropriate contact with minors.
Detection and Monitoring
Technical Safeguards
We utilize industry-standard hash-matching technology to detect known CSAM and maintain integration with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children’s (NCMEC) CyberTipline reporting system. Our automated content scanning and flagging systems work alongside machine learning models trained to identify potentially harmful content. All flagged content undergoes human moderation review by trained personnel.
Reporting and Response
How to Report
If you encounter CSAE content or suspicious activity on Dolphy Social, please take action immediately:
- Use the in-app reporting feature available on any content or profile
- Email our safety team at contact@dolphysocial.com with the subject line “URGENT - Child Safety Report”
- All reports are reviewed immediately by trained personnel
Your report is confidential and helps us keep the platform safe for everyone.
Our Response Protocol
When CSAE content or behavior is detected or reported, we follow a strict protocol:
- Immediate Action: Content is removed and accounts are suspended within minutes of detection
- Law Enforcement Notification: Reports are filed with NCMEC and relevant authorities within 24 hours
- Evidence Preservation: All relevant data is preserved for law enforcement investigations
- Permanent Ban: Offending users are permanently banned from the platform with no possibility of reinstatement
- Device and IP Blocking: Additional measures are implemented to prevent re-registration
Cooperation with Authorities
We maintain active partnerships with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies, international child protection organizations, and industry coalitions fighting online child exploitation.
We respond promptly to all law enforcement requests and legal processes related to child safety. Our dedicated team works closely with authorities to support investigations and prosecutions.
User Education
We believe that an informed community is a safer community. Our educational efforts include clear terms of service regarding prohibited content, regular safety updates and reminders to users, resources for recognizing and reporting suspicious activity, and annual transparency reports.
