Understanding Payment Categories in Your Profile
Your Dolphy profile has multiple payment categories, each corresponding to different types of financial transactions.
Payment Methods
Purpose: Securely store a credit card on file for making payments
Used for:
- Paying for your membership subscription
- Attending paid events
- Paying for services
Setup: Add your credit card information securely in your profile settings
Payment History
Purpose: Track all your outgoing payments
Shows history of:
- Membership subscription payments
- Event fees you’ve paid
- Service fees you’ve paid
- Dates and amounts for each transaction
Payout Method
Purpose: Receive payments from others
Required if you:
- Collect payments from group members
- Get paid for services you provide
- Host paid events
Setup: Add your bank account information where payments will be deposited
Earnings
Purpose: Track all incoming payments
Shows:
- Gross payments collected from events
- Service payments received
- Dates and amounts for each transaction
- Payment status (pending, completed, etc.)
